ENGNR is growing fast and building a strong technical brand within Europe. Therefore, we are looking for a driven colleague to join our internal team. You will work from our office in Bosschenhoofd, in a young and ambitious team that works every day to connect technical professionals with reliable clients in the Netherlands. You will impact the experience of both candidates and clients and play a key role in further professionalising our brand and organisation.
What will you do
- You will support the daily recruitment of technical candidates from across Europe.
- You have a lot of contact with candidates via WhatsApp, phone and social media.
- You ensure candidates are provided with clear, honest and timely information.
- You help plan interviews, onboarding and accommodation.
- You work with marketing on visibility of ENGNR on social media.
- You actively think about improvements in processes, communication and candidate experience.
- You are part of a small and close-knit team where everyone goes the extra mile.
What will you bring
- You are communicatively strong, empathetic and feel responsibility.
- You speak good English (additional languages such as Polish or Lithuanian are an advantage).
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview, even at busy times.
- You enjoy working with people daily and helping them along the way.
- Experience in recruitment, planning or customer contact is a plus.
- You fit into a young team, are flexible and like to think about growth.
